Leanne DeLong, MA, CCC, RP (qualifying), brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to her work with adults navigating life’s complexities. At the core of her trauma-informed practice is the belief that beneath our individual experiences, we are fellow travellers, bound by the common threads our humanity – pain that humbles us, grief that shapes us, and growth that transforms us. With specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), she creates a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore and heal
from challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, chronic illness, and life transitions. Leanne is particularly dedicated to supporting those experiencing the unique dynamics of co-parenting, drawing on both professional expertise and personal understanding.
